EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AGREEMENT

This Executive Producer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [effective date] by and between [company name], located at [company address] ("Company"), and [executive producer name], located at [executive producer address] ("Executive Producer").

1. ENGAGEMENT. Company engages the Executive Producer to render executive producing services in connection with the motion picture tentatively titled "[project title]" (the "Project").

2. SERVICES. The Executive Producer shall provide securing financing, strategic guidance, and industry introductions for the Project.

3. COMPENSATION. Company shall pay the Executive Producer [fee].

4. CREDIT. The Executive Producer shall receive the following credit: Executive Producer.

5. EXCLUSIVITY. The Executive Producer's services are non-exclusive, and the Executive Producer may render services on other projects.

6. NO AUTHORITY. The Executive Producer shall have no authority to bind the Company or incur obligations on its behalf without the Company's prior written approval.

7. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. The Executive Producer is engaged as an independent contractor, and nothing herein creates a partnership or employment relationship.

8. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.
