ADULT TALENT RELEASE

This Adult Talent Release ("Release") is entered into as of [effective date] by and between [producer / company] and [talent name].

  1. 1. Grant of Rights

    In connection with the production presently entitled [production name] ([project description]), [talent name] ("Talent") grants [producer / company] ("Company") the irrevocable, perpetual right to photograph, film, record, and use Talent's name, likeness, image, voice, and performance, and to reproduce, edit, exhibit, distribute, and otherwise exploit the same in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, including for advertising and promotion.

  2. 2. Consideration

    In consideration of [consideration], the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Talent grants the rights set forth herein.

  3. 3. Ownership

    All footage, recordings, and materials embodying Talent's performance shall be the sole and exclusive property of Company, which shall own all rights therein, including all copyrights, and Talent shall have no right, title, or interest therein.

  4. 4. Release & Waiver

    Talent releases and discharges Company and its licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims arising out of the use of the materials described herein, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or any similar claim, and waives any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or the use to which they may be applied.

  5. 5. Representations & Warranties

    Talent represents and warrants that Talent is at least eighteen (18) years of age and is free to grant the rights set forth herein.

    This Release shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
